Course Overview

• To equip participants with the knowledge and skills needed to assess and report on the conformance and effective implementation of an Information Security management system in accordance with ISO 19011.
• Describe the responsibilities of an internal auditor and describe the role of internal audit in the maintenance and improvement of management systems, in accordance with ISO 19011 and ISO 17021
• Assessment and reporting on the conformance and implementation of processes based on ISO 41001
• Key principles of ISO 41001:2018 and A clear understanding of Facility management terminology and its correct usage
• Purpose of a facility management system (FMS), FMS standards, management system audit
• Describe the business benefits of improved performance of the FMS
• Familiarize with ISO 41001:2018 Requirements in detail.
• Know about the resource requirements and process requirements for FMS
• Understand the documentation required by ISO 41001:2018
• Understand documentation and list of procedures to be maintained, and to check them as internal auditor
• Knowledge of the fundamental concepts and requirements of Facility Management which uses the existing standards ISO 41001
• Awareness of the skills and resources necessary to successfully audit Facility Management system
